All items are new and come with the original brand packaging.
1.1 Display and colors of the products
You can visualize larger images of products zooming in on the image, in the product sheet. Because the color display on the monitor and depending on the settings there may be a slight variation in color and detail with respect to reality. Also print the final result in the garment may vary slightly from the colors shown on the monitor.
Prices shown include VAT and do not include shipping. All sales are made with a corresponding ticket or invoice that you will receive with your order. The products are available for purchase until stocks are exhausted.
3. BUYING PROCESS
You can browse through our online store and add to the cart those items you wish to purchase. Once the selection of items is done, you will choose the form of payment and shipping. Before complete the order, you should register by filling out a form with your personal details, or log in with your password if already registered to complete your order. Once you finish the purchase process you will receive confirmation to your email address with all the details of your order. If your email is free (Hotmail, Yahoo, Terra, Gmail, etc.) it is possible that this message is stored in the 'Spam' or spam folders.
Important: We recommend you to check the copy of the order you will receive to your email to verify that your billing and shipping data are correct. Thus delays or incidents will be avoided in the delivery of your order.
4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
In Ninoti we make the design of the garment on demand. Being a custom garment illustration of your choice your order is going into production at the time of receipt; also the decoration process in Ninoti is made with most advanced printing technologies that require craftsmanship. Because of this you could receive your order within a maximum period of 10 working days (for shipments to mainland Spain).
In case there was any setback we will contact you to notify changes in delivery times.
As soon as you finish the buying process and receive all the information, we will contact you to confirm receipt of the order. From that moment we start to work so you can enjoy your Ninoti garment as soon as possible.
As your garment is shipped out of our study, we'll send you an email with shipping details so you can track it at any time.
5.1. Wire Transfer. If you choose the payment by wire transfer (or bank deposit ) we will provide you our account number to make the payment. You can make a wire transfer from your bank or, if you prefer, make a bank deposit. Once payment is received we will start with the preparation of your order. If within 7 working days we haven´t receive the payment, the order will be canceled. This payment method is available for Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands), Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla and international destinations.
5.2. Credit card. You can pay with your Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, MasterCard and Amex through the secure payment gateway.
5.3. Paypal. You can make the payment by Paypal secure payment method.
Important: If the order, once confirmed and sent, is not accepted by the customer he must take care of expenses. We send an invoice or proof of purchase by mail and / or email. All false, or attempted fraud, orders will be reported to the competent authorities. All the information necessary to cooperate with the investigation will be provided.
6. ORDER STATUS
From your account you can check at any time, the status of your order.
Ninoti does not guarantee to its customers the option to cancel the order at any time due to the nature of production (see section No. 4).
7. DELAYS IN SHIPMENTS
Although most of the deliveries are done within the period specified, occasionally shipment delays may occur. If you have received an email confirmation of the order shipment and still have not received it, it may be, that the courier could not found your address, he passed at a time when you were absent or has suffered some kind of incident. You can contact us to resolve it as soon as possible.
Any such problem is beyond our control, although Ninoti, will mediate and make every effort to solve the problem.
8. TRANSPORT INSURANCE
All shipments are insured against theft, loss or damage. If you notice any damage or handling on the package upon receipt, please indicate it in the delivery note of the transport company. Please check your order to the receipt thereof to communicate as soon as possible and resolve any issues.
9. WARRANTY AND RETURNS
If you receive a defective garment, we shall proceed to the replacement, price reduction or termination of contract, negotiations that are free to the consumer and user. The customer must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within two months after he has knowledge of it. In this case the costs for the return, or the product replacements must be in charge by the seller, who by law responds for the nonconformity. We should clarify that these guarantees will be implemented considering the nature of the products sold.
Before you return us the garment, please contact us for shipping and return authorization. Pack the product in a closed and perfectly equipped package. You should include a brief description of what ocurr to the garment as well as the purchase invoice.
9.1. Wrong garment.
If the delivered product does not match with the original order you must inform us immediately. Contact us through the Contact Section of our web and we will process the issue as soon as possible.
10. GUIDE CARING FOR GARMENTS
The Ninoti garments are made from natural and 100% organic fabrics and carry digital prints so they need special care. To ensure the quality of our garments please always follow the washing and ironing instructions. We recommend washing the clothes by hand or machine with a short spin program and always respect the indicated temperature. To extend the life of the garment print we always recommend wash and iron it inside out and not tumble dry.
